We have been doing business with DHL Express internationally for well over 10 years, having freight bought in from Italy. Each week we receive our freight in good condition and with prompt delivery. Any problems we have ever encountered through customs or with shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances have always been resolved quickly and with little hassle. Throughout the whole time we have always had a dedicated account manager looking after any concerns or problems we encounter. In terms of rates, we have constant communication with DHL on the weekly freight size and weight, and our account manager is able to help ensure we get the best possible rate at the time.
